a grey shrike-thrush is laying eggs in the pony club helmet! the bird life around here is amazing and many more can be seen now the drought has broken.

rainy day

a rainy day in the Pyrenees, but it's mild and not windy so we'll have a bbq anyway and eat in the winery.

heavy dew

heavy dew this morning which gave us hundreds of these beautiful necklaces all over the garden. glorious day but have the horrors of an early spring. haven't finished pruning.

Have three trees all in flower at once, although the Californian Papershell is a little behind as usual. Slould be a good crop!
